Maintain detailed records of financial transactions
Handle contracts and paperwork for personnel matters
Process invoices efficiently and ensure timely payments
Manage payroll processing and compliance with regulations
Supporting the head of the office with administrative matters and coordinating tasks
Have commercial or/ and finance degree
Have previous experience in Accounting department (at least 1 year)
Speak fluently and write German and English.
Have good knowledge of Excel and Accounting softwares
Having PMS Mews knowledge is an advantage but not a must
