Ensuring smooth reservation processes: From the first guest contact to arrival, you ensure a seamless experience.
Organizing and leading the reservations team: You foster motivation, service quality, and the professional development of your colleagues.
Collaborating with other departments: together with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales, you ensure that guests enjoy an unforgettable stay.
Supporting with reservation requests: You are the go-to person for complex inquiries or special requests.
Maintaining service quality: You ensure that our guests always receive top-notch care.
You are perfect for us if
You have several years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in Reservations or Front Office.
You have experience managing a team and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
You are familiar with hotel software systems, especially Mews.
You have excellent German and English language skills (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
You have a strong service orientation and enjoy interacting with people.
You are organized, communicative, and have an eye for detail.
You are looking for a long-term role in an innovative and growing company.
