Eat & Drink at The Hostel
We hope you’ll start and end the day with us at Rosie’s. In our café on the ground floor, you’ll find an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 8 to 11 AM, along with a menu of hot and cold, sweet and savoury dishes, as well as snacks, cakes, coffee, and refreshing drinks available throughout the day. Once evening comes, it’s time to head down to the bar for our house-brewed Circus craft beer, long drinks, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, as well as a range of regular events, including our infamous karaoke nights. The café on the ground floor is open each day from 8 AM to 6 PM, when the basement bar takes over until midnight.

A Hostel with its own beer?
Yes, that’s right. Tucked away in the corner of Rosie’s bar you’ll find the place where the magic happens – our very own craft brewery producing a range of different beers. We have been brewing at The Circus Hostel since 2014, and you’ll be sure to want to try one of our creations during your stay. And an extra tip: not only will you find Rosie’s bar and our brewery in the hostel basement, but you’ll also find our legendary Hoff Museum, dedicated to the Baywatch star with a long and strange connection to this city of ours.
