Café & bar
We hope you’ll start and end the day with us at Rosie’s. In our café on the ground floor, you’ll find an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 8 AM to 11 AM, along with a menu of hot and cold, sweet and savoury dishes, as well as snacks, cakes, coffee, and refreshing drinks available throughout the day.
Once evening comes, it’s time to head down to the bar for our house-brewed Circus craft beer, long drinks, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, as well as a range of regular events, including our infamous karaoke nights. The café on the ground floor is open each day from 8 AM to 6 PM, when the basement bar takes over until midnight.

Craft beer
Yes, that’s right…we have our own microbrewery! Tucked away in the basement of The Circus Hostel, we’ve been producing our own range of different beers since 2014 and we are sure you’ll want to try one during our stay. You’ll find it on tap in Rosie’s bar, and don’t miss our legendary Hoff Museum while you are down there, dedicated to the Baywatch star with a long and strange connection to this city of ours.
