Answer guests' questions, concerns and requests
Regular inspections to ensure that all areas are safe and that no unusual incidents occur
Cooperate and assist the team with administrative tasks and make sure the operations run smoothly

Enjoy interacting with people from all over the world and are interested in their stories and cultures
Have a positive and energetic personality
Speak fluent German and English in order to be able to take care of our international guests in the best possible way
Are an organizational talent and keep a cool head in hectic times
Are a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic and fun environment
Have an eye for detail and care about the little things
Are flexible and willing to work outside of regular hours when needed
