At The Circus we are looking to work together with our team to help both the company and our staff grow and develop, and some of us have made quite the steps in our careers! For example, our CEO began her working career on the reception in a student job, our head of housekeeping for all three houses started out working as a cleaner in the hostel, our events manager began his Circus life as a bartender.
