General information about The Circus

We are located at Rosenthaler Platz station, easily accessible with the subway line U8, the tram lines M1 and M8. You can also arrive with the S-Bahn trains S3, S5, S7 and S9 to the Hackescher Markt station. As another point of reference, The Circus houses are located only 2 subway stations from Alexanderplatz.

If you arrive at Terminals 1 or 2, we recommend taking the FEX train (running every thirty minutes) to Gesundbrunnen station. Change there to the underground line U8 (direction Hermannstraße) for three stops to Rosenthaler Platz.

The Circus offers parking spaces in our underground garage for €20 per night. The garage is located at The Circus Apartments on Choriner Straße 84, just a 5-minute walk from The Circus Hotel and The Circus Hostel.

To guarantee a spot, please let our team know in advance. You can pick up the key at reception upon arrival – a deposit will be required.

Policies and Prices

To guarantee the best price for your stay (as well as take advantage our special offers) make sure you book directly with us. The prices on our website are on average 15% lower than on online booking platforms. The earlier you book, the better the price. If you are flexible with your travel dates, you’ll often find better deals on weekdays or between the months of November and March.

The City Tax is a tourist tax from the Berlin government which is charged at 7,5% of your room rate (it does not apply to other parts of your booking, for example breakfast). The City Tax cannot be waived.

Your credit card may be charged in advance if you have booked a Non-refundable rate or if your Flexible booking exceeds €1000. Of course, any cancellation of a Flexible booking as per our cancellation policies will be fully refunded, and our booking team is always on hand if you have any questions.

To welcome you in the best conditions with a high level of service, we need to plan your arrival in advance. Therefore, the non-refundable rate can’t be reimbursed in the case of cancellation. If you are looking for more flexibility, we recommend you book with our flexible rate option.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept reservations without a valid credit card, as credit card details are required to confirm your booking.
However, if you choose a flexible rate, you’re welcome to pay in cash or with a different card at any point during your stay.
