As the first point of contact for our guests, you are responsible for providing them with information about our product via phone and email

Adjust reservations to the guests' preferences to ensure an unforgettable stay

Support guests competently by providing precise and detailed information on prices, availability, and special offers

Build relationships: Establish positive connections with guests and create a warm atmosphere

Documentation and administrative tasks: Maintain organized records of reservations, changes, invoices, and guest preferences

Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a hotel reservation office

You have experience in working with hotel software systems, especially Mews.

You speak fluently English and German (C1 in both)

You can work flexibly in shifts (early/late/weekend)

You enjoy communicating with others, whether by phone, email, WhatsApp, or even fax

You enjoy working in a team

You have a service-oriented mindset and are always striving to provide guests with a first-class experience

You have experience working with Mews (but don't worry if you haven't, we can teach you)

You are eager to take responsibility
